I own Office Design & Furnishings, a contract office furnishings dealership based in Ypsilanti Michigan. I have been working in this field for over 30 years and have experience supporting a wide range of industries and organizations, from the home office to multi-campus international corporations, even local and federal government agencies. I also have extensive experience with space planning, developing corporate furnishing standards and project management. Over the years I have developed an approach to doing business which has served me well and resulted in a high level of customer satisfaction. This company was formed so that I could be consistent with that approach in all of the business dealings, from product selection to accounts payable. I prefer to be a partner in the process and have found that approach to be mutually beneficial and far less stressful than the alternatives I have experienced.
